Class Discussion 2:
Richard Mulcaster and Philip Stubbes both wrote extensively about
football.
Their writings were published only two years apart, in 1581 and 1583
respectively. However their views could not be more further apart.
Why do you think they thought so differently about the game of football.
A suggestion is to organise the class so that half support the Mulcaster
approach and the other half support the views of Stubbes.
